Union Environment Minister Harsh Vardhan Says He Does Not Want To Talk About Delhi’s Air Pollution
If not now then when?
Delhi’s air pollution levels have sky-rocketed this season. It is being termed as a “severe” situation. But, Union Union Environment Minister Harsh Vardhan is not ready to speak on the issue.
“I don’t want to talk about this,” the minister said when India Today asked him about the air pollution level of the capital.
The PM2.5 level (presence of particles with a diameter less than 2.5 mm) that deteriorated from “very poor” to “severe”, has now come down to “moderate” category. It was 68 in Delhi-NCR and 66 in Delhi on Monday, the CPCB data said.
