Adityanath Cabinet Minister’s Barb At Amit Shah- Changing Name Of Station Won’t Make Trains Come On Time
BJP chief Amit Shah inaugurated the new Deen Dayal Upadhyaya railway station, which was previously known as Mughalsarai junction.
A day after Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Ait Shah inaugurated the new Deen Dayal Upadhyaya railway station, which was previously known as Mughalsarai railway station, a Uttar Pradesh minister underlined that the act won’t “rectify the mismanagement in railways”.
Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar is not amused by the renaming. He said that renaming the station will not bring development and that the government’s focus should be on improving the management of railways.
ANI quoted Rajbhar as saying, “By changing Mughalsarai station’s name to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, trains won’t start coming on time, they should rectify the mismanagement in railways. Changing of names won’t lead to development.”
Rajbhar is a member of Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Amit Shah, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Minister Piyush Goyal were present at the function organised to mark the event.
